Abstract

The chapter provided an overview of the Interview surveyInterview survey and the process of conducting the interview survey with empirical justification. The interview surveyInterview survey included seven (7) experts with an average of 20 years of experience within the field of waterWater, energy, and food (WEF) resources. The interview entails thirteen (13) questions about WEF nexus, the eight (8) determinants of WEF nexus, and the influence of the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). The experts validated the eight (8) determinants and established their influence on the WEF nexus. The experts also justified the influence of the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The chapter also provided empirical findings, thereby conforming with the validation and opinions of the experts. The chapter ended with a strategic need for a digital framework encompassing the determinants and the4IR 4IR technologies for sustainable resource security.
