Abstract

Curriculum reform has been a constant feature of the Hong Kong educational landscape for almost a decade (Kennedy, 2005; Kennedy, Chan & Fok, 2011). Hong Kong's post-colonial government moved quickly after 1997 to launch a major reform initiative that has influenced every aspect of Hong Kong's education system.
