Abstract
This chapter explores how leadership advances social creativity and innovation to address global challenges, including inequality, climate change, and social exclusion. It advocates for inclusive, adaptive, and emotionally intelligent leadership grounded in systems thinking and community participation. The chapter critiques traditional innovation models and calls for embedding social creativity in organizational and policy frameworks. Methodologically, the study employs a descriptive review, complemented by systematic database searches, to ensure rigor and breadth. The analysis reveals a lack of empirical and contextually grounded studies, concluding that leadership, creativity, and innovation are mutually reinforcing in driving systemic change.
