N2 - Managing quality throughout the Fourth Industrial Revolution is done through Industry 4.0. Organizations today use it to contend with and succeed in the market. This study aims to analyze the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry to improve quality. An empirical literature review was conducted to investigate the contribution of Industry 4.0 to improving quality in the FMCG Industry. Interviews, focus group sessions, and alpha testing were also conducted with some Company X employees to better understand how Industry 4.0 impacts FMCG and quality. The findings of the review analysis indicate that Industry 4.0 does improve quality in the FMCG sector. The primary contributors are operational and financial performance, customer focus, education and training, and production processes. The study results can inspire organizations, particularly the FMCG industry, to embrace Industry 4.0, enabling them to achieve strategic objectives and improve their competitive advantage.
