Abstract
Communication should not happen by chance during projects. The requirements process in projects is highlighted as a communication-intense process, although it includes only technical activities. This article describes the communication activities required during the requirements process, utilizing the communication activities of a problem-solving process. It highlights the communication activities that should be planned during the requirements process for project management to consider. Guidelines are provided for planning the communication activities to aim for quality communication.
