Abstract
An aqueous, based magnetic fluid having particle size ranging from 2 to 8 nm and the saturation magnetization of 80 G was prepared. This has been used to prepare composite films under the influence of with and without magnetic field in the polymer matrix. The change in physical properties of these ferrofluid polymer composite films due to the freezing of domains under the different experimental conditions were studied by TEM and XRD techniques.
