Abstract

Nitridation of ball-milled Mg-TiO2 and Mg-Sn-TiO2 has yielded the formation of mixed metal oxynitride powders including the spinel-type. Structural development was traced by using x-ray diffraction (XRD) technique and confirmed by using the Raman spectroscopy.
