N2 - The importance of credibility rating to the perceived growth of a business entity cannot be over-emphasized. A business’s customer attraction and retention are largely influenced by its reputation. Therefore, enabling structures to maintain that a business stays afloat, focusing on the business’s credibility is of great necessity. Small businesses are burgeoning and may be less concerned about setting aside funds to evaluate and reevaluate their growth in the industry. This paper solves the challenge of business visibility rating with Artificial Intelligence for small businesses with a growth mindset to scale based on an experimental simulation of an AI tool. We designed the tool to estimate a business’ credibility using AI-generated key growth indicators to rank a business across industry standard. The gamified tool estimates the credibility rating of a given business based on a series of question-answering plays. The questions are weighted, scored, and comparable to inquiries made at governmental parastatals toward creating a record of credible small businesses. The tool evaluation by small business respondents gives an 68% above average satisfactory level. The respondents were fascinated by the use of a gamified tool to learn about measures of business credibility. Small businesses can engage this tool for self-evaluation as a reflection of their business growth. This provides better knowledge support and monitoring with less human interference from concerned government agencies or departments that are implored to train them.
