Spectral shaping technique for permutation distance-preserving mapping codes

Abstract

A new construction is presented to design distance-preserving mappings (DPMs) from binary sequences to permutation sequences, where the permutation sequences also have spectral shaping properties. A multilevel (ML) construction is used as a base construction for this spectral shaping technique.
