Abstract

Repetition is a common literary device used mainly in poetry, more than any other genre. Even though it is mostly used in poetry, there are authors who employ it in prose, and Nakanjani Sibiya uses it in essays. Sibiya’s unique style of employing repetition in essays is the primary reason that prompted the writers of this chapter to undertake this discourse on his work.
