Abstract

The full information H problem in which D12 is rank deficient is considered. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of controllers is given in terms of the existence of a positive semi-definite stabilising solution to a reduced order Riccati equation. All controllers are parametrised in terms of two, stable linear systems, one of which is norm-bounded. A descriptor state-space representation of all controllers is also provided.
