Abstract

In the title compound, C₁₃H₁₀OS, the phenyl rings are inclined to one another by 51.12(8)°. There is a short C - H···S contact in the molecule. In the crystal, molecules are linked via C - H···O hydrogen bonds forming chains along the a axis. Molecules are also linked by C - H···π and weak π-π interactions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.9543 (10) Å].
