Abstract
In this paper, conditions for the robust stability and performance of a modified finite spectrum-assigned delay system (MFSA) are developed in a general formulation with mild assumptions. An application, supplemented by examples, is developed for the robust control of first-order deadtime systems for both stable and unstable cases.
