Abstract

This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/about/our-business/policies/article-withdrawal). This article has been retracted at the request of the editors. Several claims on the paper have been received and the editors agreed that several mistakes and misunderstandings may confuse the reader with serious problems including wrong assignment of analysis like XRD in Fig. 3a, photoluminescence in Fig. 10, Ag, XPS in Fig. 12c and proposed reaction mechanism in Fig. 19. It was concluded to retract the paper, after re-evaluating the paper. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
