Abstract

This chapter explores innovative quality management approaches in public healthcare systems, focusing on transitioning from traditional protocols to modern, datadriven strategies. The authors examine digital health solutions' effectiveness and implementation challenges, process improvement methodologies, and collaborative care models. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis of recent trends, the chapter identifies key barriers and facilitators influencing the adoption of these innovative approaches.
