Abstract
Ceramic pellets of Ag 1-xNa xNbO 3 (x = 0, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7), system have been prepared by solid-state reaction method and sintering process. The prepared samples are characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. Lattice parameters and crystallite size have been calculated by XRD pattern and grain size has been calculated by SEM. It has been observed that all the prepared samples show orthorhombic structure at room temperature.
