In today's highly competitive business environment, B2B FMCG businesses face significant challenges in managing their operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. To address these challenges, many businesses are turning to OMS-CRM applications. These applications combine order management systems with customer relationship management tools to provide a comprehensive platform for managing orders, inventory, and customer interactions. This research paper investigates the impact of OMS-CRM applications on B2B FMCG businesses. The study examines the benefits of implementing an OMS-CRM application, including improved order accuracy, increased efficiency, and enhanced communication with customers. The research also explores the challenges associated with implementing OMS-CRM applications and provides recommendations for successful implementation. The findings of this study suggest that implementing an OMSCRM application can lead to significant improvements in sales revenue and customer satisfaction in the B2B FMCG industry. By streamlining operations, automating processes, and enhancing communication with customers, businesses can increase efficiency and reduce errors, ultimately leading to increased revenue and improved customer loyalty.
