Abstract
Three types of aluminosilicates occur in the contact aureole of the Bushveld Complex. They are andalusite, sillimanite, and fibrolite. This paper will discuss petrographic features and stability relations of the aluminosilicates in the Bushveld contact aureole, showing some differences from those discussed by Kerrick (1987). -from Authors
