abstract = "This paper proposes a radio frequency-non-orthogonal multiple access integrated sensing and communication (RF-NOMA ISAC) beyond the fifth generation (B5G) network where the input power transmission assists in presenting a sensing and information-carrying signal trade-off performance. The designed downlink RF-NOMA ISAC base station (BS) and access point (AP) transmit two different inputs power (20 dBm and 30 dBm) to multiple devices/users. This RFNOMA ISAC BS and AP transmission point investigation shows a signal trade-off between communication throughput and effective signal sensing power performance and encountered challenges in displaying better signal trade-offs as inputted power performs transmissions to multiple devices simultaneously using the same resources. To solve this problem, the NOMA scheme with an efficient-based algorithm is deployed by invoking power allocation optimization. Therefore, we have observed that the RF-NOMA ISAC AP signal transmission shows better trade-offs than the RF-NOMA ISAC BS between communication throughput and effective signal sensing power in terms of channel correlation gains and simulation results. We used MATLAB software tool to obtain simulation results that support mathematical formulation.",
