Abstract

Resistivity, magnetoresistivity, and susceptibility measurements indicate the presence of Kondo behaviour and antiferromagnetic ordering in Ce8Pd24Gex alloys (0≤x≤2). Low-temperature field-cooled and zero-field cooled studies suggest the coexistence of antiferromagnetic and spin-glass behaviour.
