Lightweight Django-Based Customer Relationship Management System

This paper’s objective is to present a thorough conceptualization of a project that resembles an online customer query system which offers fundamental customer management services via a user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI). In this standalone project, we developed a system that offers existing customers a dashboard from which they add, update, preview, delete, and check their order-related history using technologies like Django and Bootstrap Framework. Added to that, we simplified and eased communication through various methods such as e-mails and WhatsApp. For the user interface of our web-based application, we are using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
