Abstract
This chapter explores how digital tools and virtual platforms transform mentorship and learning in adult education. Technology enables personalized, flexible learning through Learning Management Systems, video conferencing, and collaborative tools. Virtual mentorship fosters real-time and asynchronous connections, overcoming geographical and time constraints. The chapter also addresses challenges like digital literacy and access, proposing strategies to mitigate them. By adapting teaching practices and providing targeted support, technology enhances adult education, making it more inclusive, dynamic, and responsive to learners’ needs.
