Abstract
Strong reduction in the local susceptibility was observed at low temperature at 140Ce in RRhIn (R = Y, La, Ce, Gd) compounds. The observed trend of the paramagnetic enhancement factor β could be reproduced for CeRhIn using the Kondo model modified for J ≥ 1 with a characteristic temperature T0 ≃ 400 K.
