Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges to various industries, including information technology (IT) projects. In response to the crisis, the paper “Framework for IT Project Management During the COVID-19 Pandemic” was introduced, emphasising Agile Management, People Management, and the Adaptation of Physical Space and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This paper expands on that by delving into strategies for bolstering IT project resilience in the face of uncertainty. The paper explores the effects of the pandemic on IT project management, the importance of understanding IT project resilience, the role of cybersecurity in resilience, adaptive Agile practices, and long-term strategies for achieving resilience.
