Abstract

The role of innovation in Industry 4.0 is extremely important, as the ability to generate, implement, and use innovation affects the pace of development in all sectors of the economy. However, navigating the complexities of modern industrial landscapes presents significant challenges for organizations seeking to effectively manage innovation processes. Traditional approaches to innovation management may struggle to keep pace with the rapid technological advancements and dynamic market conditions characteristic of Industry 4.0. Consequently, there is a pressing need to explore new strategies for enhancing innovation management practices in this context. This study aims to investigate how organizations can leverage digital methodologies to expedite innovation processes and adapt more effectively to the demands of the digital age by exploring the key aspects of innovation management and assessing the potential benefits of integrating digital approaches.
