Abstract

This chapter explores the environment of intense change that characterizes educational institutions in much of the world. In this environment, the call for increased sharing and reuse of learning resources will be viewed by many teachers as yet another stress. If this situation is not managed in a collegial way there is a very real danger that teachers will resent the changes being made and undermine the move towards reuse.
