H filtering with stochastic sampling and measurement size reduction

Abstract

In this chapter, a new approach is proposed for the H filtering over wireless networks. Firstly, the local measurement is sampled under a nonuniform sampling scheme. Then, one dimension of the measurement, which is selected and quantized for transmission.
