Abstract

This book explores the life of political leaders in different professional and socio-cultural contexts through psychobiography. It presents a collection of chapters about the life of leaders and leadership across the world, applying various intercultural, cross-cultural, WEIRD (Henrich, 2020) and non-WEIRD perspectives. The book responds to questions about political leadership, some of which were asked as early as the 1980s. The authors aim at creating reflections on the life and work of (political) leaders and provide a vision for psychobiography, leaders and leadership in the future.
