Abstract

The study conducts an ex-post review on the steel manufacturing industry to track and evaluate the dynamic capabilities and their direct impact on firm's performance. It further measures or estimates the effectiveness, costs and benefits or value of the firm's performance interventions. The assessments serve to evaluate whether the contentious issues identified during the operation have been addressed.
