Abstract

Ceramic pellets of silver sodium niobate (Ag1-xNa xNbO3) mixed system of different concentration have been prepared by solid-state reaction method and sintering process. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction method and SEM techniques. Frequency variations of dielectric constant, loss tangent and electrical conductivity have been investigated at room temperature in the frequency range 10 Hz-10 MHz.
