This commentary describes the impact of intercultural narrationsIntercultural narrations and autoethnographic experiencesAutoethnographic experiences regarding intercultural identity developmentIntercultural identity development in the context of successful intercultural encountersIntercultural encounters based on a loving view of the person. It refers to the importance of seeing an individual as an entire art project, based on intersectionalitiesIntersectionalities. Each individual and each individual’s life are seen as a construct of stories, narrations,Narrations and experiences of intersectionalitiesIntersectionalities and thereby as a work of art. This chapter needs to be read not as a scientific account, but rather as a commentary—as a pleading final speech for intercultural identity developmentIntercultural identity development through narrative constructions in the frame of love.
