Abstract
This paper studies the stability and stabilization problems for time-delay nonlinear systems through Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model approach. The time delays are assumed to be bounded but perhaps non-smooth. Delay-dependent conditions are presented in terms of LMIs. Illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness and merits of the present results.
