Abstract

Following publication of the above article, the Journal received a request to review the authorship and affiliations. It was brought to the Journal's attention that the work reported in the article was conducted at the University of Johannesburg and is based on the MTech thesis of Dumisane Mahlangu, carried out under the supervision of Prof. Thandiwe Sithole and Prof. Tebogo Mashifana. As a result, the author list and affiliations as originally published did not accurately reflect the provenance of the work. All authors have agreed to correct the authorship and affiliations so that they accurately reflect who carried out the work and where it was done.
