Abstract

The authors regret but some authors appear with a wrong affiliation. The first author takes responsability for that, as he did not realize it when the manuscript was sent back. In particular, Jérémie Lehmann, Kalin V. Naydenov, Paul A.M. Nex and Judith A. Kinnaird appear affiliated with the University of Pretoria, whereas they belong to the University of the Witwatersrand. This means that, instead of an ‘a’ (univ Pretoria), they need to be affiliated with a ‘b’ (univ of the Witwatersrand). Therefore, the right apex letters of the authors will be: Lorenzo Milani a,b, Jérémie Lehmann b,c, Kalin V. Naydenov b,d, Kerstin Saalmann e, Paul A.M. Nex b, Judith A. Kinnaird b, Ira S. Friedman f, Thomas Woolrych g, David Selley h (in red the corrections). The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and kindly asked to publish the corrigendum text in a future issue, as the Wits university is expecting to get financial benefit from all the publications. Thank you very much for the support.
