Abstract
The authors regret that two dates were incorrectly reported in sentence on page 1: the transition from Alert Levels 3 to 2 was on 18 August (and not 19 August); and the commencement of Level 3 was on 1 June (and not 13 July, which was the date of a different regulation change). The corrected sentence reads: “Transitions to levels 4, 3, 2 and 1 occurred on 1 May, 1 June, 18 August and 21 September respectively.” The authors regret some incorrect case counts and unclear dates in the graphs published. Corrected graphs are supplied here. (See Figs. 1 and 2.)
