In the original article published, Clayton, K., & De Braine, R.T. (2023). Performance management process changes on the work identity of employees during COVID-19. one author’s name was incorrectly spelt. Instead of: Kelly Clayton It should be: Kelley Clayton The authors apologise for this error. The correction does not change the study’s findings of significance or overall interpretation of the study’s results or the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
