Abstract

In this article a sentence was incorrectly presented as: Let (Formula presented.) and (Formula presented.) denote the through (Formula presented.) put degradation associated with and (Formula presented.) due to the efect of rain teleconnections respectively. The correct sentence is: Let (Formula presented.) and (Formula presented.) denote the throughput degradation associated with (Formula presented.) and (Formula presented.) due to the efect of rain teleconnections respectively. The original article has been corrected.
