Abstract

The paper wants to use the cooperative manager as an intervention that can tackle to challenges that are being experienced within the development of socio-economic. The cooperative manager can possess an impact in bringing down a higher unemployment rate of young South African graduates and also aid in managing the South African emerging cooperative enterprises that are presently struggling with sustainability and evolution.
