Abstract

This chapter provides an analysis of optimal dispatch of combined heat and power, which involves the minimization of operational cost. The developed models optimized the daily operation schedule with consideration of the economics and emission as the objective functions, while satisfying the power and heat demand of the users throughout the total dispatch interval.
