N2 - The construction industry is witnessing a transformative shift with the advent of emerging technologies (ETs), profoundly impacting disability inclusivity. This research assesses the roles technologies have in enhancing inclusivity for individuals with disabilities within the industry. The analysis explores the effects of ETs on disability inclusivity in the construction industry. Based on quantitative research method, purposive and convenience sampling techniques 190 valid responses were collected, and a one-sample t-test was conducted. The findings indicated that reducing physical strain and fatigue, participating remotely in project management and decision-making and reducing the need for manual labour were the most ranked roles of ETs on disability inclusivity in the construction industry. The study offers critical insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to realise the full potential of ETs in promoting disability inclusivity.
