Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM), has become global practice in various industries. Recent developments in manufacturing advancement has led to organizations systematically implementing digitization to optimize an improve on their processes to meet customer demand. The research approach includes a framework constituting over all TQM business process integration, process inputs and outputs, engaging from ERP configuration system through to manufacturing systems and that supports functional departments. This research study aims to enhance the business function challenges within the overall organization, incorporating the functional departments and its sub-functions. The proposed results indicated that processes that are interdependent can be configured with effect of variation in reducing processing times within business processes.
