Abstract

In this paper, we consider a model reference control by disturbance rejection method. Firstly, the process is transformed to be an equivalent feedback model (EFM), including the reference model in the forward channel and an equivalent feedback disturbance. A new extended state observer with reference model (ESO-RM) is developed and used to achieve the model reference compensation and disturbance rejection. The stability condition of closed-loop system and the convergence condition of ESO-RM given for control synthesis. Finally, the results are illustrated by numerical examples.
