Abstract
Project management is perceived as a structured approach that seeks to enhance the likelihood of achieving success for a certain project related to a product or service. Project management is a systematic approach used to efficiently and successfully execute unique projects or activities that are crucial for achieving a company's strategy while limiting disruptions to the established workflow inside the formal organizational structure. The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution had a profound impact on the methods and processes of production across many organizational structures. The emergence of the global epidemic further exacerbated the challenges, prompting organizations to seek project management technologies that may enhance their processes, ensuring more agility without compromising the quality of their services or products. Therefore, this chapter aims to provide knowledge on the project management tools that are introduced by 4IR, as well as the best practices.
