Abstract
The end product of any enterprise integration project, independent of the methodology used, is always an information infrastructure that supports integration. A generic model is described consisting of cooperating information systems to achieve enterprise integration, using hybrid knowledge representation structures. This model can be used with any integration architecture (CIM-OSA, GIM, etc); it only represents an alternative information view.
