Abstract
The engineering management landscape is changing owing to digital transformation. This shift involves using digital tools to improve engineering processes, drive innovation, gain a competitive edge, increase efficiency, and create long-term value. At the same time, there is a focus on reducing environmental impact and progressing toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Despite widespread recognition of the importance of sustainable development, there is a noticeable gap between awareness and implementation. While digitisation offers significant advantages, there is a lack of actionable strategies for integrating it in a way that aligns with the SDGs. Therefore, this chapter provides a summary of practical guidance for implementing sustainable digitalisation in engineering management. This section offers final comments on the findings presented in this publication.
