Sustainable property development and digitization. This includes research on affordable and inclusive housing, human settlements developments, three-dimensional concrete printing, and digital twin for asset management. These research areas cuts across SDG 11 – sustainable cities and communities, and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
